Tzemach Simon is the CEO and founder of Sprout Financial Solutions.

Before starting this business, Tzemach was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a fast growing E-Commerce business. As CFO, Tzemach directed the end-to-end financial aspects of the businesses rapidly expanding e-commerce business, supervised the finance team, and managed profits, cash flow, and balance sheet. He was responsible for preparing all financial reports pertaining to sales, COGS, expenses, salaries, gross and net margins, legal and tax compliance, income tax filings, legal entities, HR and proper insurance coverage.

Tzemach has a proven track record of coordinating and implementing robust financial strategies to achieve targets with a strong emphasis on advancing the corporate mission and vision while maintaining the utmost efficiency. He hired and trained an entire finance team, guiding them to utilize best practices, work at a very high level in both quality and quantity and communicate throughout. He was also responsible for the annual and monthly cash flow and budget projection. 

Tzemach holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Touro College in Brooklyn, NY. He has also completed the Morning Brew Accelerator Program and the Bloomberg Market Concepts program. He is an articulate communicator with a passion for teaching new skills and adapting to new procedures. He possesses strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
